NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 18.2 THAT THE 75^nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF EX- ROUND TABLERS’ CLUBS WILL BE HELD IN THE SYTNER LOUNGE, SWALEC STADIUM, SOPHIA GARDENS, SOPHIA WALK, CARDIFF, CF11 9XR ON SATURDAY 4 APRIL 2020 STARTING AT 9.00 am.

Please note:-

1.Resolutions in accordance with Rule 18.4 should be sent to me to arrive not later than Saturday 1 February, 2020.

2.Nominations for any post of an Association Officer for the year 2020 – 2023 (as listed below) in accordance with Rules 6.1 and 6.5 should be sent to me as prescribed on the nomination/application forms (see links), to arrive not later than Saturday 1 February, 2020.

Good afternoon Gents,

Many regions within 41 Club have a regional Golf day.

I am prepared to organise such an event. I have provisionally booked a Golf course in the Shipley area on 23 June, 2020 . The cost will be in the region of £35 for a round of golf, a presentation dinner with the usual prizes, longest drive , nearest to the hole etc,etc……

I am happy to accept entrants in the form of individuals, pairs or Team of 4

At this point I would like to know if there is any appetite from the members of the region for such an event.

Can you please respond to me before Friday, 13 December, 2019, giving me an indication of whether you will be wanting to participate.

Gents, following a tremendous 2018 White Rose Dinner hosted by Halifax who promised in their WW2-themed evening that “we’ll meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when”, its now the turn of Danum41 Club to host the 2019 WRD.

You are invited to come to our event on the 18^thOct 2019 which will be held at Doncaster RFU’s Castle Park Stadium.  With the event being hosted at an RFU ground in the middle of the Rugby World Cup, there will be no prizes for guessing what the central theme will be!

** A Yorkshire brass band – a must, to create a proper Yorkshire feel  **

** Yorkshire’s premier comedian Gary Marshall  – this word Yorkshire keeps cropping up  **
