Many thanks to Tom Cathcart for preserving this souvenir (excellent use of French word there) and the associated cutting.
This photograph appeared in the Gazette de Liége of Mardi, 2 Juillet 1991 with the following caption.
Representatives of seven countries met this weekend in Liège, at the initiative of the Round Table 88. This euromeeting, as we say now, brought together more than 120 people: Germans, Finns, Swedes, Norwegians, Dutch , English, French and Belgians. After a visit to the city and its surroundings, notably around the “County of Dalhem”, a reception awaited the guests at the Literary Society. On our photo (Planchar [I assume the photographer – Ed]), the participants are in front of the University buildings, cheerfully gathered before the return.
Close inspection will show a number of Scarborough ne’er-do-wells amongst the assembled group. [That wasn’t in the article – Ed.] [Although maybe it should have been – Ed.]

Many thanks to Tom Cathcart who has given us this excellent photo of 88’s AGM in April 1991. This was just before TC handed over his chain of office to DD.
