The meeting on 17 October 2024 in celebration of Trafalgar Night sees our return to Scarborough Yacht Club for a wonderful evening of food prepared by Paul Lester followed by a talk by our good friend Nick Taylor which, knowing Nick, will be both relevant and entertaining!
The menu for the evening has a nautical theme:
Anchors Up
Farmhouse pate served with crusty bread.
Set the Main
Roast sirloin served with onion gravy, roast potatoes and seasonal veg.
Two Six Heave
Spotted dick with custard
Hard to Port
Finish with a glass of port to toast the king and Lord Nelson
Meet in the bar of the Yacht Club on Vincent Pier for pre-dinner drinks from 7.00pm.
We will dine at 8.00pm.
Please note: if you cannot attend you must give your apology no later than noon on Friday 11 October 2024.
